- In stock items/on-line orders: Payment in full is due at time of initial order.
- Custom Orders: A 50% deposit is due at time of initial order. Balance due upon completion of product. Orders not paid for within 30 days of notice of completion forfeit the deposit amount and will be sold.
- Customers are responsible for declaring your State Sales Tax for purchases via the web and phone orders. Vermont residents are required to pay 6% sales tax on all orders.
- If you cancel your order on a “custom” designed item (new design, or re-designed item), the deposit is not refundable.
Methods of Payment:
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Check/Money Order. Checks must be made out to Mad River Antler, LLC.
On-Line , Available Now items, will ship within 2 – 3 business days. Custom orders, since each piece is unique, allow up to 4 – 6 weeks for delivery. Please call to check item availability and lead time if this is a concern.
Shipping and handling charges are dependent on the shipping address and are due prior to shipping. Express shipping is available for an additional charge on in stock items. We take every effort in ensure that your item arrives safely. However, in the event of shipping damage, please refuse the shipment and contact our office immediately. In the event damage is noted after a shipment has been accepted, please contact our office within ten days of delivery. Shipments outside the Continental United States are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Mad River Antler’s custom-built products are guaranteed to work and come with a 30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product, simply contact us within 30 days of the receipt date to explain your reasons and request a return authorization and shipping instructions. We will honor the full price, minus shipping and tax, as a credit to future purchases from Mad River Antler.
If your item arrives damaged, Mad River Antler will authorize UPS to issue a Call Tag and have it returned. Mad River Antler will process a UPS claim, and ship a new item as soon as possible. Any damage should be noted on the delivery receipt, and sent back to Mad River Antler, in the same carton you received it in.
You are responsible for shipping the product, in original condition, Under no circumstances are shipping and handling charges refundable. All return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returned merchandise must be adequately packed and insured before returning.Under no circumstances are shipping and handling charges refundable.
