A very special project for a couple of good friends.

The Mad House Rentals project.

Mike and Dez have purchased other pieces of work from me in the past so they knew I could create something special for the main unit.

Chandeliers that once hung gracefully from The Common Man Restaurant have been relocated into the other units and look great.

To give you a quick understanding of the barn, here is a short narrative:

The Barn has been an icon in the Mad River Valley since the late 1950’s. It has been the home to three fine dining restaurants over the years, Orisini’s, La Pasta and The Common Man. In 1987 the barn burned to the ground and was rebuilt into the likeness of the original barn. After the Common Man Restaurant closed in 2018 we completely re-imagined and renovated the barn into luxury units while keeping the special feel of the historic barn that has served so many over the years.

The delivery and installation took place this summer 2019.

Mike and Dez shared some beautiful pictures that they had done. The chandelier came out great and looks amazing hung in a barn that has loads of history and character. Can’t thank Mike and Dez enough for thinking of me for this awesome project.
